Ownership of products remains with Stellavan & Papa until payment has been received in full.

13Shipping

We proudly ship to customers throughout Australia and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery timeframes displayed on our website are provided as a guide only. While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• carrier delays;
• customs processing;
• severe weather;
• public holidays;
• industrial action;
• government restrictions;
• natural disasters; or
• other unforeseen events.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.

Ownership of the products transfers once payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered.

Where tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

14International Orders

Stellavan & Papa welcomes customers from around the world.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other government fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated during checkout or in a written agreement, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Where products are supplied using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, any applicable duties and taxes included within the agreed purchase price will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country and comply with any local laws or regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border inspections or import clearance processes.

Should an international shipment be refused, abandoned or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect customer information or failure to comply with local import requirements, any refund may be reduced by shipping, customs, carrier and administration costs incurred by Stellavan & Papa.

1512-Month Voluntary Warranty

In addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, Stellavan & Papa provides a voluntary 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased directly from us or through authorised retailers.

If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within 12 months of the original purchase date, we will, at our discretion:

• repair the product;
• replace the product with the same or a comparable item; or
• provide an appropriate refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

To make a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide:

• proof of purchase;
• photographs of the issue; and
• any additional information reasonably required to assess the claim.

This voluntary warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• accidental damage;
• misuse;
• improper storage;
• alterations or unauthorised repairs;
• failure to follow product care or safety instructions;
• damage caused by improper use or neglect.

Natural variations in timber grain, colour, texture and finish are characteristics of genuine wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this voluntary warranty limits or replaces any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

16Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with every Stellavan & Papa purchase.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains:

• change of mind returns;
• damaged or faulty products;
• incorrect orders;
• return eligibility;
• refund timeframes;
• exchanges; and
• return shipping requirements.

Where a return is approved, products should generally be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

17Australian Consumer Law
